This provided a good overview of what changed from the 2017 standards to the new GIAS that are beginning in January

Interesting course. Especially the section on the comments about the first draft and how they were integrated in the final version of the standards.

Great overview and also explains a bit of the rationale behind the new Standards. It is a bit high level, but deep-dives into the domains are also available in other courses. If you expect deeper insights, this is not the right training.

The presenter was highly effective in communicating the new standards, highlighting the differences from the old and shedding a light on actions taken to address major comments. The accompanying handout was also easy to follow during the presentation.

The training is very long. It may be more appropriate to split it in 2 or 3 shorter trainings.

The course materials and instructor are overly redundant, which may be for emphasis, but it makes listening to a dry subject quite exhausting. This course could have been taught in 1 hour and been no less effective.
