The presenter Lynn was excellent in presenting the budget process under various methods. This process is effective if the sales group is on top of their customer needs. The handout was also very effective in showing how to be flexible and open to the various methods.

The visual aid in the course had multiple formatting and grammar errors that distracted from the teaching. Also, the course looked to be prerecorded given how the instructor was speaking or, at the least, had outdated talking notes. If it was prerecorded, then I do not think there was any added value having it in a live format and it should not have been offered as such.
