This was first try at this type of training and I found it to be helpful and something I could use in the future. The instructor was clear with good real life examples that always holds your attention.

I'm not sure what was going on with the polling questions but quite a few times it was announced there was a question up when there wasn't. The time allowed to answer is really not sufficient. There is barley enough time to read the question let alone choose the correct answer, especially since this is not an area I work in.
