My experience with this course was very good. Marc, as always, was very interested and informative.

Content was great, no issues. Had 3 instances where the entire My-CPE One solution crashed in the middle of the presentation - upon refresh, website presented a 500 error that persisted for anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes. Have already provided the details via an email on a similar outage from last week.
