Content was great, no issues. Had 3 instances where the entire My-CPE One solution crashed in the middle of the presentation - upon refresh, website presented a 500 error that persisted for anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes. Have already provided the details via an email on a similar outage from last week.

Instructor was extremely knowledgeable and very willing to share his experiences with OICs. Examples of forms and correspondence very helpful.

There was a slight problem with the audio fading out several times. It would come back but was irritating because you felt as if you missed info.
