Decreasing distractions, healthy habits, and transitions are something we all can use not just at work but in other aspects of our lives.

I found that the topics discussed were well done in terms of explanations - the reasons behind the importance of embracing the changes and/or the effects of getting into unhealthy, counter productive routines.

I will have the option to work remotely next year and I am struggling to decide if I want to. I enjoy being with other people but I would also like to not make the drive. This seminar gave me some really good pointers and I am excited to now try working remotely

A little ragged with multiple presenters

Couldn't locate the Course Materials download for each session. We really need these.

Enjoyed the conference with several different presenters areas of expertise and experience.

The content and speakers were great and presented information at the right level. There was a little confusion with the availability of presentation material. One packet was never received (the file folder via link was empty).

In first segment the speaker was hard to understand and I got very little out of that segment. The second segment was excellent. The third segment repeated much of the preceding information but otherwise was very good. The forth segment was excellent. Therefore the scores I gave were for the overall program not any one individual one.
