This was informative, and well presented. It's a tough subject, and shocking at how much theft our retailers have to deal with.

The course material was good. However, some of the material was duplicated. This made the exam very difficult (as the example were different in the two sections). Also, trying to re-review the course materials was very difficult. I kept getting the spinning wheel - very aggravating.

I suggest that the handout material either include copies of SSARS 21 or links to SSARS 21

There was a lot of ground to cover in this course in a limited period of time. As a result some of the topics were glossed over because of the time spent on others. The instructor definitely has a strong technical background to present the course material, but it might be a good idea to either allocate more time to this course, split into two parts or multiple parts that focus on a smaller amount of concepts in further detail.
