The instructor was very organized and very knowledgeable. However it was super hard to stay focused because there was no variety. Black and White slide, fast talking (to get through it all) and no examples. He should cover 1/2 the material and spend more time giving examples (made up or real - doesn't matter). Lots of spelling errors - doesn't affect the ability to learn, but it doesn't come off as professional.

Although my professional work environment is in taxation, I attended this webinar for CPE primarily. I also have been 'out of touch' with GAAP financial statements preparation for quite some time. The presenter gave a nice Update (albeit it technical) that was easy for me to follow and provided valuable resources that I could use if needed (ex. FASB website and related navigation). Very helpful presentation.

A few technical difficulties with the videos (one did not play and the other was unintelligible) that could be overcome using the links in the class download. A good reminder for me in many respects and I really appreciate the balance of theory and presentation/description of "boots-on-the-ground" methods. Not too many people can do that well and Mr. Dauberman did it very well.
