After completing this presentation on SOX Controls for AP, I felt that is was a good overview of Controls specific to AP and provided coverage of area within AP to be aware of and to ensure Controls are properly in place to prevent both Fraud and Misstatements. I did feel like the presenter was a little awkward in the early part of the presentation but got a little better as the presentation progressed. I felt like the explanation of how SOX law came about could have been done a little more clearly and succinctly.
