I thought that this was a good presentation using real life examples. Will definitely help me with my clients. I see areas that I would like to learn more about. I really like this presenter, very easy to follow.

To me, the instructor was unpleasant to listen to, sometimes difficult to follow, seemed less professional than others, but I could also see where he would connect well with a certain type of participant, so I guess to each his own. Personally, I prefer an instructor like J. Patrick Garvins. Also, there is no table of contents to the handout material, so very difficult to maneuver through it and refer to it as a useful tool.
