Excellent webinar. The Speaker shared his experiences to reinforce the lessons. Their were lots of practical tips not only on dealing with the IRS but on ways to avoid having your client become his own worst enemy or maybe just to avoid taking on problem clients.

Great information, but it is difficult to try and follow the examples when the presenter uses the mouse to draw. Using pre-made slides or Excel would be easier to follow.
