The instructor seems like a nice person who really knows what he's talking about but his ability to convey his knowledge wasn't adequate for me. I ended up Googling the credit to understand what he was talking about.

Great learning experience on very complicated state nexus rules for sales/franchise/payroll taxes. The presenter did a great job providing case studies and examples. The overall content is very complex but this webinar breaks it down well.
