The content was very interesting and appropriate. It was very distracting during the presentation to continually hear the instructor sniffling, coughing, clearing throat, etc. I would highly recommend that he take a decongestant before presenting. If I didn't have these continual interruptions, the content presentation would have been excellent.

I did learn a few things from this webinar even thou I already have a lot of experience in this area.

Instructor was very effective in explaining the different rules surrounding meals and entertainment deductions. He clarified the rules for the different years. This can be challenging when preparing tax returns.
