Very confusing - jumping around. I am a tax preparer not CPA so didn’t feel this course was beneficial to me.

To me, the instructor was unpleasant to listen to, sometimes difficult to follow, seemed less professional than others, but I could also see where he would connect well with a certain type of participant, so I guess to each his own. Personally, I prefer an instructor like J. Patrick Garvins. Also, there is no table of contents to the handout material, so very difficult to maneuver through it and refer to it as a useful tool.
