Great information, but it is difficult to try and follow the examples when the presenter uses the mouse to draw. Using pre-made slides or Excel would be easier to follow.

there was a little delay between sentences, felt like it was one of the first webinars made by him but still very well structured. keep up the good work and remember transitions for pacing.

The instructor seems like a nice person who really knows what he's talking about but his ability to convey his knowledge wasn't adequate for me. I ended up Googling the credit to understand what he was talking about.
