This webinar was a good overview of schedule M-3 and schedule K/K-1. The presenter was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the topic and provided examples and suggestions about common errors to watch out for when preparing these forms.

Refresher courses are great to keep us on our toes as well as share any new info. that has been added or changed.

To me, the instructor was unpleasant to listen to, sometimes difficult to follow, seemed less professional than others, but I could also see where he would connect well with a certain type of participant, so I guess to each his own. Personally, I prefer an instructor like J. Patrick Garvins. Also, there is no table of contents to the handout material, so very difficult to maneuver through it and refer to it as a useful tool.

Instructor had a good voice. Good energy. Easy to listen to. However, maybe less stories would be better. Also, subject matter is long enough with the volume of information topic covers so the instructor can save some time be not trying to be too entertaining. Most of us professional turn to other sources for entertainment such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and TikTok, etc. and not expecting it in fulfilling our CE requirements.
