This is a good course - it could have been better if the instructor typed on the sides versus written/underlined, given his handwriting.

Some of the topics presented are new to me. I want to see more references. For instance, I am not familiar with SSTS. It appears to be resourceful and a more detailed addition to Circular 230. What can i find it?

I enjoyed the specific examples and cases presented as well as the first hand knowledge of how the IRS handled complaints. The only drawback was that the speaker would occasionally mumble or drop off in volume, make it hard to follow.
