Wow, the instructor was definitely on top of the advance 1065 type tax returns. Although, much was above my still set, I do prepare 1065 type returns and from the class I did pickup some keep points to be learned.

I HAD MY MEMORY TWEAKED QUITE A BIT...WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. THE COURSE GAVE ME ITEMS TO PURSUE SUCH AS GETTING A WRITTEN ACCOUNTABLE PLAN OUT TO MY S CORPS ALONG WITH A CLAIMS FORM FOR REPORTING EXPENSES. I USED TO HAVE ONE BUT SOMEHOW STOPPED DOING THIS. DONT HAVE A LOT OF NEW CORPS BUT I AM SO GLAD TO BE REMINDED OF THIS. GLAD FOR THE INFORMATION.

The instructor seems like a nice person who really knows what he's talking about but his ability to convey his knowledge wasn't adequate for me. I ended up Googling the credit to understand what he was talking about.

The platform is quirky when you get to quiz questions. It gets stuck and also at final exam. I had hard time finding the course online then once I got to this part. It's good I saved the slides so I could search by name. Maybe I'm missing something or doing something wrong. I listened to very end also.
