The webinar answered many of my questions and I loved the instructor's experience.

I was unfamiliar with many of the terms used during this class. That increased my level of confusion when the instructor would pause, then correct a previous statement. I was still processing the original statement, then would have to backtrack the video to catch what the correction was. I felt some statements were a bit unclear.
