Very engaging and personable. We know these subjects can be a bit dry and repetitive, so it was a pleasant experience to hear a webinar that had a lighter approach. Big fan of personal stories too!

The course was well laid out to begin 2024 tax planning with clients. It provided a time line to review client needs for the upcoming tax season and plan to develop more billable hours for nex year. Handout material was relevant ond the presentor was very interesting on presenting the material.
