I could have used a more in-depth discussion. However, I see that each state has its own rules regarding the PTET, which makes it difficult to do more than an overview.

The handout materials are almost exclusively specifics of handling within states. It would have been more helpful to me to include slides/pages with the general facts/info about PTETs.
