I thought that the presentation thoroughly covered the mistakes made on form 1120-S. It was a quick overview of the material.

I am a CFP professional and while I found the course interesting, it's focus doesn't apply to many of the clients I am servicing directly. Perhaps more appropriate for CPAs or professionals with tax expertise.
