The webinar covered all the important topic. To put it simply, it did exactly what it said. Nicholas covered all the topics beautifully and fluidly. Highly recommended.
A super complex topic which was explained in a fluid and easy to get way by Nicholas. All the important topics were covered and the pace was perfect. Overall a good package.

I Have Seen At Least One Or Two 230 Seminars From IRS . They Just Read The Law That They Probably Understand ,, But Do Not Convey The Feeling This Guy Did For Understanding Tax Practice,,, thanks for presenting this,, hope you can deliver a part two

The only complaint I have is that the audio was not great. I could hardly understand what the instructor was saying a few times and couldn't figure out if he was pausing or if the audio was cutting out. Otherwise, great class!!!
