The session covered complex tax provisions in a clear and structured way, making it easy to understand major changes such as adjustments to the Alternative Minimum Tax, new savings programs like Roth 529 accounts, and important updates to credits and deductions. I particularly appreciated how the lecture explained practical implications—like the consolidation of tip and overtime deductions, the permanent rollover from 529 plans to ABLE accounts, and the enhancement of the federal adoption credit to make it refundable.

The course was great, had some problems following the instruction, he was confusing at times, then talk so fast some words would run together, he still did a good job at getting the info across.

This was one of the best webinars I have attended regarding Circular 230, which tends to be a pretty boring topic. Nicholas made it much more interesting than it is. I did, however, have trouble understanding Nicholas, an I need to use the Captions Option. I don't know if he was speaking too quickly or if he just didn't enunciate enough. Overall, I throughly enjoyed it.
