Great class, I missed my Ethics for one year and had to double up. This was a good class and provided some insights on an item we need to update. I am looking forward to 2025, when Circular 230 hopefully is updated due to new technology.

The presentation is very concise, with emphasis on major updates and current direct evaluation of the on-going status of Circular 230. Mr. Preusch, the instructor focused on the applicable features of Circular 230 for Best Practices and Misconducts. I highly recommend this class.

There is a good variety of topics to choose from to assist areas that we want to learn more about; the material is generally very interesting, the handouts and visual screens strengthen the ability to learn the topic. I appreciate studying at home; the price for annual subscription is very reasonable and if need be, I can stop and come back to the material at a later time.
