I look for courses from Nick Preusch - if you take notes during the class he provides inciteful examples and second-order detail. Great review of the basics of income and expenses and more discrete scenarios like partnership ownership, depreciation and capitalization vs expense, and aggregation. Everyone needs the reminder on UBIA.
