The presenter has done a good job trying to cover everything important in the partnership, LLC and S corp tax planning, but I am still a bit disappointed in that I didn't get many practical tips of actual tax planning in the real world with most of the information is technically from the CPA textbook. Although this course may form a solid basis in appreciating the complexity of the subject, it may be nicer to add a couple real life tax planning examples in the course next time.
