The subject dealt with a complex form where entries require a thorough grasp of both tax forms and disposition of trade and business entities. This subject was covered with superb presentation of dealing with all parts with data illustrations. The presenter indeed had mastery over the subject and covered all nuances with clarity and attention to detail. The subject demands a lot of practice with case studies for which a foundation has been laid.

Really didn't care for all the "foreign" LLC info. A lot of time was spent on that which is just not relevant for most people.
