This was a fast moving webinar. It contained lots of information on the overall concept and some state specific information. Great presentation and slides.

I am constantly having to request penalty abatements for new clients that either did their returns themselves or had those not knowledgeable preparing them.

Very detailed presentation which included a review of the various asset types (1245, 1250 etc). Speaker spoke quickly, so focused listening is needed.

The subject dealt with a complex form where entries require a thorough grasp of both tax forms and disposition of trade and business entities. This subject was covered with superb presentation of dealing with all parts with data illustrations. The presenter indeed had mastery over the subject and covered all nuances with clarity and attention to detail. The subject demands a lot of practice with case studies for which a foundation has been laid.

Excellent course for anyone preparing tax returns and practicing before the IRS. Nick does a great job explaining and throws in real life examples.
