I didn't realize that so much of the focus was on IRS issues, rather than more general coverage of ethics. Some of the material was interesting but I would not have chosen this program if I knew the focus.

I know he tries to get through a lot but sometimes he goes through concepts too quickly.

This was a great program because it was the perfect mix of the rules and then the application. This made it interesting and it was very well presented.

Very informative but, in my case, spent too much time on foreign LLC's. Great moderator, however.

To me, the instructor was unpleasant to listen to, sometimes difficult to follow, seemed less professional than others, but I could also see where he would connect well with a certain type of participant, so I guess to each his own. Personally, I prefer an instructor like J. Patrick Garvins. Also, there is no table of contents to the handout material, so very difficult to maneuver through it and refer to it as a useful tool.

The instructor seems like a nice person who really knows what he's talking about but his ability to convey his knowledge wasn't adequate for me. I ended up Googling the credit to understand what he was talking about.
