Some of the content was not relevant to the types of returns in my practice. Overall, the course covered all aspects of Form 4797, so my interest varied as there are areas of the form that may not be relevant to many practices.

The instructor immediately bounced around the various subjects according to questions received in the presentation even though our instructions as attendees were that all questions would be answered at the end of the presentation. He spoke too fast and was not linear in his answers. All in all, I am definitely NOT impressed with style or effectiveness. I will not be attending a presentation that he is scheduled for again; I can always go elsewhere for the information I need.

As usual, Mr. Preusch presents the topics very well. And I enjoy his webinars. I have one problem however. I have trouble with the on-screen freehand notes. I find them difficult to read and sometimes difficult to follow.

This one was disjointed. Typos in the presentation slides and honestly just seemed thrown together at the last minute. I realize this Plan is just off the presses, so maybe hold off a few days next around and take the time to present the issue in an organized thoughtful manner. I ended up telling our team here that I'll read the actual language of the bill and we will form our own conclusions.
