I really appreciated this seminar. I work for a well known software company and state taxes levied on internet sales are a headache! Thank you.

Helpful information but the delivery of the material was often hard to follow and came across as disorganized. There is understandably an effort to try and cover as much as possible in the 1-hour period, but it would have been more beneficial for me to have them break this session into more than one, covering the foundations of sales/use tax and then the unique situations.
