This is a tough overview to cover in the time allotted. The instructors did a good job of explaining the impact of the original decisions, covering the state implementation.

This was an informative presentation and it was presented well - organized, presented at a good pace, clearly explained and with an appropriate amount of illustration to keep it understandable. Overall this was one of the best presentations that I have heard.
