The class was supposed to cover the sales tax collection responsibilities of SAAS providers and it barely touched on that. Instead we got a lot of sales tax primer level concepts, generalizations, and then weirdly drifting comments touching on other tax types like income tax. I came out knowing less than before taking the CPE. The slides sucked and included mistakes, undefined terms, and one was skipped even. I appreciate the effort here but I give this a C. Get good! Sheesh.
