This topic is very close to my heart and really liked the coverage of various topics in this course. The challenges, initiatives and regulations around green finance and ethical investments are well explained and I really enjoyed learning and getting aware more on this topic through this course.

Course content was good and logically laid out. Some difficultly with video, and the final (Lesson 8) seems to be missing from the video.

Excellent content again, and very useful in the area of healthcare compliance. I'm not sure where the handout is located and there could be some real life examples but really excellent material.

From the video tutorial, I learned that effective communication is measured by the response it generates, not just by what is said. Understanding Aristotle’s modes of persuasion—logos, ethos, and pathos—helps create messages that are logical, credible, and emotionally engaging. Stakeholder analysis is a valuable tool for tailoring communication by understanding different viewpoints. I also learned that facilitators play a key role in helping groups reach inclusive and lasting agreements, as emphasized by Sam Kaner. Finally, recognizing the underlying drivers behind goals allows for more meaningful and impactful communication.
