The instructor provided good detail on this controversial topic. However, I would have preferred to also cover the inherent drawbacks and uncertainties of the many estimated steps in the ESG process. In other words, the course should cover both the pros and cons of the topic.

This is incredibly valuable, especially in teaching how to structure messages clearly using the Claim, Evidence, and Conclusion model. I also found the section on stakeholder analysis very insightful, it helped me understand how to tailor messages based on who the audience is, what they care about, and how they might respond. Overall, the course gave me a much stronger foundation in effective communication, both in written and verbal forms, which I know will be useful in any professional setting.
