Information was clearly laid out and easy to understand with good flow throughout the presentation. The summary at the end with additional points helped everything come together. I also enjoyed the comparison of the Forbes 11 identified KPI's but how there was additional views of other ones that should be considered and the reasoning behind the other chosen KPI's. I also liked how it made reference to how KPI's should be carefully examined depending on the nature of the business/industry. Overall really enjoyed this presentation.
