Understanding Aristotle’s modes of persuasion—logos, ethos, and pathos—helps create messages that are logical, credible, and emotionally engaging. Stakeholder analysis is a valuable tool for tailoring communication by understanding different viewpoints. I also learned that facilitators play a key role in helping groups reach inclusive and lasting agreements, as emphasized by Sam Kaner. Finally, recognizing the underlying drivers behind goals allows for more meaningful and impactful communication.
