There were a few items that indicated that this webinar was not live "after 2023 which is next year". He could have been referring to 2024 filing season which is 2025. But there were a few other statements that can be taken as the presenter talking in 2023.

Very thorough given the time format. Instructor efectively outlined changes in halndling currrent distributions from previous rules. The handouts were helpful also.

internet connection was a little spotty at times. Instructor "froze" a couple of times Polling questions would be announced but did not appear or appeared just as it was announced the time was up.
