I've listened to numerous accounts of fraudulent events and I still can't get my head around who these individuals are that believe they can get away with these types of egregious violations of law. Mr. Coghlan has a very calm and pleasing voice that was easy to listen to. His presentation was logical and the slides were easy to follow the series of events. Very, very well done!
