I was expecting an update based on OBBA passed earlier this year. But I suspect the seminar was prepared prior to July 4. Of course, i'm not certain if there were many tax law changes that affected fringe benefits. So perhaps this is totally relevant. I thought the instructor was great and the course material was a good review.
