This was a very informative and professionally presented course. Professor Curatola provided a comprehensive over view of home ownership relating to individual returns. The handouts are excellent and the inclusion of references make it a great reference source to quickly get up to speed. Having confidence in Professor Curatola’s supporting material allows participants to take notes and absorb second-order detail and examples. He also is the best at using polling questions as reinforcement.
