So comprehensive and dense material for an hour and a half course. But these really should be offered at university for anyone looking to become parents one day. My kids are gainfully employed in their 20s now, but I wish I was more informed (than superficially; we did have 529 accounts) back when it was time to fund their education!

The instructor was a brilliant man. A log of words came out some of the words related to the topic and the rest was just filling time. The man had knowledge of the topic but obviously has no IRS representation experience. This course would be better if the instructor announced the related code sections, then barrel down one by one into each code section telling what the statute says, what are the regulation, then examples, then most importantly this is how all of this relates to your clients business. The aspect of how this relates to your clients business was 10% there and 90% lacking. Then court cases are important, code section by code section, what was the court case dispute who lost and what they could have done to improve the records so they wont loose next time. Very basic practice pointers were missing.
CH
instructor very easy to understand good course information
VP
Interesting how some states differ from federal tax laws
CY
Very thorough. A little more indepth than I was expecting but presenter presented the material very well.
RN
Special attention was given interest that was to be split between personal and business and deductible and non-deductible. Great review of deductible interest for those of us who have very few clients still itemizing deductions.
ST
Very good course on the basics. A deep dive is warranted.
KT
I found this to be a good refresher course but, in particular, I learned a lot about reporting OID instruments. Tony Curatola presented the material in a clear and understandable way and at just the right pace.
IG
Nice job!
LS

DT
A nice summary of the rules for IRAs and other retirement plans
SJ
