The Child Support Enforcement (CSE) program is governed by both federal and state laws. Federal law sets certain minimum requirements, but each state may have its own additional rules and guidelines regarding child support withholding.
LL
Highly recommended, the instructor is very well knowledge and had decades of experience. Her explanation is very detailed and include the history of how the system changed, which makes it very easy to follow and more interesting to listen to. It is like listen to a story telling, you do not get bored or impatient during the whole 2 hours. The best Webinar so far I received on this website.
