I felt the presenter was very dry. The webinar was for 2024 CPE, but the presenter kept referring to 2021 and 2022. Although I learned valuable information his way of presenting was not the most interesting.

Mr. Bergstein has obvious experience in communication with clients. I deeply appreciate his commentary. The word "fiduciary" has been so misused by society in the last 3 years, especially by investment counselors who wish to raise their own status. The word is so misused that it has become meaningless, except in a court of law. I ask the speaker to spend extra special time in defining the legal impact of the word.
