This course is oriented toward financial planners, but it is also a valuable template for tax professionals and fiduciaries. It is an excellent orientation to the to estates, trusts, and gift planning and the required forms. Mr. Bergstein is a bona fide subject matter expert. He provided numerous practical “warning labels” delineating the boundaries for different professionals & fiduciaries.

This presentation was excellent. It made even me think, and I am managing my sister's estate, which included setting up special needs trusts, as well as my and my husband's estate. He hit on exactly what I have been worried about. Where is everything!
