  3. Select a top want from each want list and ask yourself why 7 times you want to achieve the goal.

Submit the above to support@amoneymastermillionaire.com to get a completion certificate.

How to be A Money Master Millionaire webinars are designed to help participants identify their passion and their life purpose. While money is important, it is only the by-product of doing. If we were to solely concentrate on making more money, we would lose our purpose.

Why are we here?

In this CPE Finance Webinar, we will use a 5-step process to organize our thoughts and our plan. The actual toolsets such as budgeting, cash flow, and protection will be introduced in steps 4 and Part 3. The 5 key steps are what a project manager would do to lead a corporate project.

Using similar steps, we will be applying them to our own lives.

  1. Have clear life objectives: Part 1 helped you identify your life purpose. Your life purpose is your object for living on this earth. The reason why you are here. We will explore your objective and how it relates to money. What is your responsibility?  What is the government's responsibility?
  2. Identify problems or obstacles: Now that you have selected your top professional wants and personal wants and completed the 7 whys for each. In this step, we will take a closer look at some of your problems in achieving your goals. What is stopping you from attaining your wants? While retirement may not have been one of your top personal wants, we will discuss the concept of retirement here.  We will explore what retirement means to you now after doing Part 1.
  3. Diagnose problems and root causes: In this section, we will take a closer look at your problems identified in step 2 and do a root cause analysis of each problem or obstacle. It is necessary to take a short break for each problem, and analyze its cause, its root, and its real source without the notion of solving them now.
  4. Build a plan (A Near Bullet-Proof Plan): To build a plan to help you organize your thoughts and incorporate some key elements: What does your retirement plan look like? What is the cost of waiting? Where are the sources of your retirement income? How much do you need? How do avoid market pitfalls? How to create a near bullet-proof plan and what should it consist of? How to plan the unexpected?
  5. Execute the plan: This step will not be discussed in Part 2.  It is to be continued in Part 3.

About Instructor

Linda Yao was born in Taiwan, Taipei into a family of five who lived in a one-bedroom University of Taiwan duplex with no amenities. She recalls sleeping with her grandmother and sister in a curtained-off area in the living room, while her parents and brother slept in the bedroom. The toilet was just a hole in the floor, and it was next to the kitchen. They bathed in a lean-to her dad built against the nearby banana fermentation warehouse.

While her story started similar to many in her age group from Taiwan, Linda attributes much of her financial success to the decision to buy a few helpful wealth-building products that forced her to save monthly amounts of cash she wasn’t able to withdraw easily.

It wasn’t always like that: Linda didn’t become interested in managing her money until she was in her 40s. Yet, she was able to reach financial independence, enjoy a very comfortable retirement, and very passionate about helping parents and grandparents to gain the confidence to manage their money, save, and pay less tax.

She is focused on helping them in building wealth for future generations to leave a sizable

legacy effortlessly by following a few simple steps.

This part of the three part series was presented much better than the first part. The use of a Ted Talk drove the idea home and really made it make sense in a clear and concise way. Over all, a fantastic presentation.

Loan Pham, CPA (US)

This is the first CPE class not so boring all the time! I actually really like the 2 amazing videos; thank you.
