Hello all, my name is Jinkan Khatadia and I was born in Mumbai, India where I pursued Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Accounting, and Economics, respectively. I came to the US in 2007 to pursue another Master’s degree in Economics at Texas A&M University where I specialized in Transfer Pricing under the guidance of Dr. Lorraine Eden, a prominent academician, and researcher in the field.

With thirteen years of experience in transfer pricing consisting of an industry, boutique tax consulting firm, and a large public accounting firm, I served companies ranging from small to very large sizes in diverse industries. I am a strong proponent of training and development which led me to start my own venture at the beginning of 2023, CAPAM Consulting, an education-based consulting (EBC) firm, with the aim to help companies and consultants, especially small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), to navigate the complex web of transfer pricing through CAPAM’s EBC solutions and products.

My specialty includes planning, compliance, due diligence (M&A, IPO-readiness, capital borrowing, etc.), financial statement audit review for uncertain tax positions under FIN48, cost-sharing arrangements, IP migration and valuation, tax authority audit and controversy support, and other similar areas.
