Course Overview

Work from anywhere, hybrid work, digital nomads…these are just a few of the terms we see and hear every day as we talk about the “new normal” of our workforce.

Most employers have experienced changes in workforce arrangements as a result of the COVID national health emergency. Many employees demonstrated that they can effectively work from anywhere. For the most part, this meant working from a home office.

However, the "work from anywhere" concept has been taken literally by a growing number of workers, who may now be working from a variety of locations, such as vacation homes, or with relatives in other states.

Catherine joined Neeyamo, a leading global payroll and employer of record solutions provider, in 2022 as VP of Global Alliances. In this role, she leads the Alliances function to expand the partner network and build out the solution ecosystem to assist organizations in their global growth.  

Prior to Neeyamo, Catherine spent five years with Safeguard Global, where she led the Strategic Partner Relations and the Solutions Consulting teams. She has previously worked at firms such as EY, Mercer Consulting, and Fidelity Investments.  

Catherine has over 30 years of experience in payroll and human capital and has worked as a practitioner, service provider and consultant. She has lived and worked around the world, is a veteran of two expatriate assignments, and is a published author and frequent speaker on global strategy, service delivery and operations topics. She holds a BA from Temple University and an MBA from Bentley University.
