Accountancy firm CohnReznick has appointed Leif Novie, a CPA and attorney with over 35 years of experience, as a partner in its growing private client services division in South Florida. Novie's addition supports CohnReznick's aim to deliver targeted tax and wealth planning strategies in key growth markets, with his expertise in trusts, estates, and complex tax matters enhancing the firm's capabilities, particularly in the trust and estate space.
CohnReznick, the New York-based IPA 100 powerhouse with FY25 revenue of $1.15 billion, has welcomed Leif Novie as a partner in its growing private client services practice. Novie, a dual-credentialed CPA and attorney with more than 35 years of experience, will be based in South Florida—one of the firm’s fastest-growing wealth markets.
Novie brings deep technical expertise across trusts and estates, charitable planning, and complex tax matters for high-net-worth individuals. His advisory work spans domestic and international tax planning, real estate structuring, hedge fund strategies, and investment partnerships. Known for his collaborative approach and technical precision, Novie has also served as a frequent presenter on high-level tax issues.
